Who we are

Tato Motorsports ("TMS", "we") is George Plsek's rally team. We run this website, tatomotorsports.com. You can reach us at george@tatomotorsports.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or the partnership inquiry form, we receive the details you enter:

Name
Email address
Company (optional)
The topics you pick on the partnership form (optional)
Your message

We also record which page you sent the form from and when you sent it.

Like most websites, our web server keeps a short log of each visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page that linked to it, and your browser type. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

We don't use analytics or advertising tools, and this site doesn't set cookies. The site remembers which hero photo it showed you in your browser's session storage, so the photo stays the same while you move between pages. It holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and, if you asked about one, to discuss a possible partnership. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

We use server logs only to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and to follow up on the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

Third-party services

HostingAmazon Web Services (AWS) runs the server that hosts this website, in the United States.

Form deliveryAirtable stores the messages sent through our forms, and sends George an email alert for each new one.

Spam protectionOur own checks on our server. No outside service is used. To limit repeated messages, the server keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour.

Onboard videosYouTube, using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press Play. Once you do, YouTube receives your IP address and may store data in your browser, under its own privacy policy.

AnalyticsNone.

Our fonts, images and video preview stills are served from our own server, so viewing the site doesn't send your details to anyone else. Links to Instagram, YouTube and eWRC-results.com open those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email us and we'll take care of it.
